I honestly thought they already could but I guess not, and also would be nice if alive ones could see spec msgs.

Team chat already works.
And this will screw up the team chat calls.

Although it would be nice to see whats happening in chat sometimes, I would rather not see it since could mess up chat calls and I like looking at chat too much so it would probably be more of a distraction x)

You can already communicate to alive teamates by using team chat, but if want the other team to see the msg as well, just wait until next round freeze time, everyone gonna be alive to see whatever you wanna type.
