Helmut and DVS get pug startred, it goes to train, they start bitching how its a bad map (all they fucking do is bitch).  It only got 9 rounds in before they forced their team to spec out and end the pug.  They didn't even bother to switch servers just stayed there and started another one.  Next pug has literally the exact same teams but its on Tuscan instead of Train which we voted for.  Really pretty stupid that these ADULTS can't fucking deal with a map they dont like or deal with losing on it that they have to spec out.  Tuscan is one of the most overplayed maps on these servers (and it had been Mill just before that anyway) and Train is pretty underplayed but these little crying babies couldn't deal with one map they didn't like.

I think this is a hard situation to deal with. You're not supposed to end pugs by having your team spec out, forcing a new map just because you didn't like it. Proving that fact will be someone else's job who gives a fart.

If there wasn't an admin online or in the server, maybe people voted wrong, or were afk. This was a simple way to fix a map change. At least the server didn't die off, and you played a map that wasn't dust2
