Hello,

I was banned 3 years ago, on 13 April. I have never cheated on the PUG servers, I had a wall skin installed which never worked and I never bothered to remove it from my game, The PUG sever never detected anything, but when my friend invited me to a mini-game sever (ran by warlords), The sever banned me for wall hacks. I recently wanted to start playing source again as I love this game, and I get good ping on your severs, I never intended to cheat and I never have. I want to get back to playing PUGS, So I am request you to lift my ban.
