i don't know if this is intended or not but after using the monthly pug ban appeal i was unable to join the live pug server(pug 1), the same one i had to leave mid pug and received a ban for.  i am able to join the other two perfectly fine but not pug 1 for some reason. this isn't a complaint but if this is intended i feel like there should be a little more clarification.
