I was banned on 7/15/26, my Steam name translates as "white monster" in Mandarin it will not allow me to type these characters. This was my name at the time of ban and my current Steam name. Reason for ban stated as "Je ne sais pas" which I have looked up on google translate and it translate as "I don't know". 
 I have played on these servers for the past few months and have absolutely enjoyed my times on here. Now it says my last match was on 6/19/26 and since I haven't played since then I do not understand how I could've been banned on 7/15. I have played each and every match with integrity and I simply enjoyed being able to roll back the time and enjoy CSS. I would very much appreciate an explanation for this and a lift on this ban. Thank you.
