Well i got it finished

Profile Pimper is coded in vb.net.  Its very simple i knew when this came into my head it would be pretty simple.  As of now its very plain.  But i will add more colors and images in future releases.
The first release wasnt much at all so theres no use putting it on here.

Ok fixed the dl link no more resources and it pretty much has images built into it that you go and can copy and past into your profile.  I am gonna be adding more thanks for the link dreams ill look into it
