soo.. i should try to change my ip address? if so can you list the following ways on how to change it ive tried to turn off my router for 5 mins and  ipconfig/flushdns, ipconfig/release, ipconfig/renew

Turn it off, leave it over night, and then restart. If that doesn't work, try completely resetting the router, and wating for a few hours, then turning it back on. :o
