all u have to do is follow this steps

step1:download aviara.ro's v67 patch and put it in ur css 2011 folder
step2:download this patch also http://www.megaupload.com/?d=VZ9DZIQ4 and put it in ur css 2011 folder
step3:install the patch that i posted
step4:install aviara.ro's v67 patch and there you go

NOTE:you must install the patches in the same way that i stated to u and firstly u must first install aviara.ro' v66 patch
