Whats your graphic card cache capacity? if it's 3MB and more, then your graphic card isn't the problem, it's your OS the one responsible for that crash, maybe you didn't install the latest .NET (4th version), or the latest VC++ 2010 Run-time files.
Check for those. oh oh 1 last thing your CPU cache should 6MB or more to play in Ultra.
