I know the demos are short and should be at least 5-8 minutes but he left before i can get more and decided to post what i have, but in one of the demos he start shooting at a guy that will jump him even before he does i find that conclusive.

I checked out the demos that you provided. I didn't see enough evidence to ban him. Unless another admin can spot something that I didn't see, I will have to call it inconclusive. I will leave this thread open for other admins to look at before it gets closed.
