Just download the patch, extract it to a folder. Then open up cstrike/maps. Look for de_dust2_csgo or something like that and copy it into your CSS maps directory.

We did a 10 man on Dust 2, and it was very good. Had a look around on the new Dust as well, and it looks way more balanced.
