    Hi, I've notice I have been banned of one of your servers today reason named

                    "reason: SMAC: AutoTrigger Detection: Auto-Fire"

This has happened to me once before in a other server like in a pro. war server but they
had the understanding of me using a gaming mouse model G500 Using Program "Logitech SetPoint Marco
Key" out of my 2 years having this account with CSS this is my first permanent ban and being playing on your servers for so long why only now it bans I've played so long that I got up to rank 5 on Mini Games server so if you could understand my point and could have a 2nd chance I will turn off the dumb logitech mouse settings... its not even a hack truthfully I was kind of shocked when I saw it I hope for your understanding that I will delete this marco setting because I dont know why i do get banned for it. I am more than happy is show this Logitech SetPoint Screen Shots to see what I am talking about hoping for your kindness I do enjoy my time playing on you servers which is like 80% of my gaming time other times I play:
