Hi, good day to you Sir Bison, this appeal is in reference to Melankholy's application. We are actually playing on the same cafe, and the ban affects us a lot. As my friend told me, he played on a desktop pc which actually had a smoke bug. Our bad is, we haven't reported this issue on the admins and we admit that it's our fault as a steam player, since as a legit player, we are obliged to help the admins in whatever we can especially in the simple reporting of bugs. We just want to appeal to lift the permanent ban and instead, kindly revert it back to 1month ban. We are hoping for your kind consideration on this one. If we encounter a css version with a smoke bug the next time around, we'll inform the tech's on our cafe, and we'll just transfer to another desktop w/ the proper version. I am speaking on the behalf of our cafe and we are very sorry for this very unfortunate incident. Hope you will reconsider our appeal and we look forward  in playing with our buddies in game.
