can you guys even think of a map where this command would be useful ? I've never seen it being used in a productive manner (on the MG server).

There are a couple maps on MG where this command can be helpful. For example, in deathrun_ratrace, you can use it to boost frustrated-new-players-who-can't-crouch-jump over the first obstacles, so they can see the rest of the map (a.k.a reach somewhere they can finally suicide). There's also a climb setting in one of the multigame maps where the !block can a huge difference for a lot of the team. dfk probably knows what I'm talking about. Most of the maps have no use for the command though. Unfortunately.
