added some new maps

the current tv towar map uses default textures which say door 64 x 64, crate 14 x 14, etc.

what map did you download? I tested it and I saw 2 elevators. The other one is located just behind the first one. so it's like
<door>____)  (____<door>
brackets are the elevators ) - enter from left
( enter from right
One is red themed, and the other one is blue themed.
Check it out once again

helicopter is not good? weird
it should be the newer version of the tower. and the trap door at the end of spiral stairs in tv_towar is changed to a func_breakable, so once it's broken, we don't need to open it up again.

You can see there is a blue section of the room behind
and the blue lift is right behind the red one

on ptk's suggestion few months ago, I downloaded mg_tv_tower_ace which I retested few days ago.
I saw 2 elevators just like what I said in the previous paragraph
weird if they're different maps, with same name.
Updates? maybe... 10% maybe
