I dont think this will happen, banning xbox 360 in the US i cant imagine that Microsoft wont let it happen.

You realize that even if it happens, all that will be banned is THAT specific make of the xbox 360. They can remove/alter the software or w.e they infrigned and continue selling 360s.

This seems more like an xbox live software issue rather than the actual console itself, because I can't really see why Motorola would ban the making and distribation of an entire product that isn't affiliated with them.

I've been trying to keep up with it. Waiting for the outcome is quite intense :3 But yeah, I don't think Microsoft would let Xbox 360's get banned that easily, they'll crack sooner or later.
