Theres been a few instances of this happening over the years here Sad. The switching operators wear full bomb suits these days when racking in and out indoor circuit breakers.

I heard that bomb suits don't provide much protection. Its main aim is to prevent you're body parts from flying all over the place in the event of an explosion.
