css prob...help me please

this is the prob i get when my css crash for 1 time. after the crash when i again want to start css it shows this prob. Sad

I think there an another hl2.exe running on the background, check it on Task Manager, if it does right click on the hl2.exe and click End Task.
Just Go With IT. √
