There's going to be an additional rule, you need to at least have 200+ games and +-1 rws to sub a team, it can't be a alt/sub/trollolo account.

Eye Test violations don't always ban the moment you join, it bans when it finds somethings not right. Wait for Bison to review the logs and checks this out.
