my question is if i buy a new account. Am i allowed to play? If i were a hacker i would change my identity, i sill want to play with my old identity. Am i allowed?

the worst thing is i dont know about cheating is that i dont even know how to do it.....i just googled it says that if the hack is still on the system u can get banned .......now i deleted it

well its obvious that if you will hack then you are gonna receive a VAC ban
