High End GPU's giving FPS lag in CSS
#11
Does it happen in local play too or online only? Could be some weird rates issue or something.

Online play only. Seems to be tied into bombardment of usermessages. Each time the "FPS lag" happens the usermessage spike, and bombard the shit out of my client. When they return to normal the lag disappear. Steam are looking into ... still waiting to hear back from them rofl.

I think your rates might be off. I see your lerp in the red which can cause that kind of issue. I recommend setting your rates to these:
cl_cmdrate 101
cl_updaterate 101
rate 25000

That aside, I can't see anything wrong. I would check your processor and ram. Make sure your processor has not run out of thermal paste etc. I would also recommend an sfc /scannow and a defrag. Do you have a lot of space on your HDD?

Even when I was hard wired in at my last house it was doing it though:/ which was only two months ago.

Try changing DirectX version in game and restart. It may resolve the issue. Another way to fix it is to sell the shit, and get a mid range pc that mortal people use.

I get 300 FPS in game. I built the machine 2 years ago and I know it can handle CSS like a champ. I run BF4 on it just fine. I will try the DirectX and let you know. However, It definitely could be my processor. I'll keep you all updated when I find out :/
