Headshot-Only mode on Deathmatch?

Hmm I dont know if admins can do this but, I would like an option on deathmatch where you choose to do "headshot only" on enemies, you can toggle it on and off and when it is on, you can only damage enemies by hitting the head. If the admins can do it I will be grateful, thanks.

I'd actually love this on CSGO, would definitely be good practice.

Warmcup is a waste of time, you can die without getting headshotted because the HP regen is slow.

I was thinking more of a personal option kind of thing, where they can turn it off but you can leave the "headshot-only" option to yourself.
