When you buy a new copy of css, you have to post your steam id on our fourms otherwise that id will just automatically get banned.

Before you join the servers you have to post your new steamid on here...

Yeah, you're not a good candidate for unban. You cheated on your primary and your secondary account was recently VAC banned.
