You are not communicating very clearly with the sentences you type and it seems to be deliberate.

Please expand on the rules URL you provided and why you chose to paste it. The URL alone is not sufficient and does not help me in achieving an understanding in any sense at all, nor does it absolve you of your wrongdoings.

If there is anything that I am missing, please provide it. You don't seem to provide much besides a hyperlink to the rules and smiley faces.

There is circonstances where team switching is allowed ; when teams are obviously stacked (Check out Riser post, https://war-lords.net/thread-16253.html) for instance, if it is 3vs5 this soon in the morning, subs aren't joining anytime soon, making it 4vs4 seems like the rational thing to do.

As for the ban, it's up to Ben to decide. The ban is definitely not unjustified, you should be aware of the rules. Then again, the ban was issued a few days after the event occurred.

In this case it's not like that at all, the score was very close as you can clearly see. Some guys were trying to leave by going in spec or by quitting, and there is no doubt that other players were going to join soon. So lets forget this part, here its how it goes:

He told me drago go T and im not gonna follow that short part because it is shown in his screenshot, after that he changed to T side.

I didn't wanted to ban him but i warned him "3" times (who does that?)

Warning were along the lines (using admin chat):

1. Jesse switch back to T.

he totally ignored that which its punishable by the third rule : " Ignoring admins or undermining their actions (e.g., refusing to comply or switching back "

2. Jesse switch back to T, last warning.

he again ignored me , and you can clearly see i said last warning, he again ignored it i dont understand.
However , i warned him one more time

3.Jesse switch back to T , LAST WARNING.

He again just ignored it, but wait? who is this guy who denies to follow the word of the admin? 3 warnings are enough for him.
(teams were filled up with players im the time we speak)

1 day one guy [not jesse] said something along the lines: We will rise and a nazi signature.

Bill nose warned that guy , he say type it again and you will see.

Then Jesse wanted to show his big balls and typed the same thing and he got banned!

What i want to say is that this guy really likes to ignore admins and undermine their actions. I have nothing more to say

The ban was removed. I'd either switch or terminate the game (after automatic bans are issued) in a 5v3 if I didn't know subs were coming soon. The fact leavers are shown banned in one of the screenshots means a lot of time elapsed since the RQers left.
