Hello I believe that my ban was false for logging in my account in internet cafe

I'm pretty sure I never cheated with 5 hours in my account, I've logged my account in a internet cafe I got permantly banned, can I be unbanned?
the ban on my account was CSGO ban, i'm not ban evading i'm sure.

From what I can gather, the ban comes from the aforementioned internet cafe.

I removed the ban on STEAM_0:1:221764421.
