Bison or the other roots should just add more intelligent social engineering scripts to the servers such that there won't be any more need for admins.

Servers would be intelligent enough to run by itself; detecting hackers, removing whiners, abusers, improving the gameplay.

To me, "should we have a Bilingual Admin" is a loaded question. What I think is really being asked is" "should russian (who happens to be bilingual) be made an admin?
We do have some bilingual admins, and while it's definitely an advantage, I don't think that someone who is bilingual should be given automatic admin approval because of it.

I believe there are more important questions to ask. Such as:
1. Can the applicant be responsible and fair as an admin? Are they able to be mature, and do they have prejudices (racial, sexual, or whatever else)?
2. Is the applicant able to appropriately enforce the rules of the war-lords? Can they tell when someone is hacking, mic spamming, or being abusive, and are they able to respond by giving the relevant/justifiable punishments to people who break the rules.

TLDR; There are more important things to being an admin than being able to speak more than one language.
