Ban for spray/racism

3 points I'd like to make are...
1st : This is in no way a racist spray... even look at the definition of the word "nigga".

2nd: It seemed to me like the admins are delighted at any opportunity to exercise their power regardless of themselves actually feeling "offended" and especially if they are being repeatedly killed by the offender. This is a big issue as I feel that I have been targeted solely because I killed and then sprayed on the admin and then banned!

3rd: This spray is simply a joke. Its very funny (to me and a lot of other people who have seen it). Its my favorite spray, I use it all the time and will continue to, and in no way is it meant to be racist or offend anyone like that.

P.S. If this server is too sensitive about funny subjects like this then maybe you shouldn't un-ban me. I love the warlords servers (I have even applied for admin and working towards the 5day time requirement) but I'd rather play in a server that isn't so immature as to get offended by such meaningless jokes or have admins who like to exercise their power childishly.

TL;DR
I love the warlords servers, but if they cant distinguish between a joke and something that's actually meant to be offensive then this server isn't for me and I shouldn't be un-banned. Told you twice to change the spray, you ignored and continued to spray it.

I asked another admin about it too, he said to warn and unless he changes it, ban.

Racism isn't tolerated on the servers.

Its a 1 day ban.

I completely agree racism isn't tolerated on the server. My whole point of this post is that the spray isn't racist.

We enforce the rules, we CAN NOT take it personal, we dont ban people because they "own" us, or for silly things.(Unless you keep doing it after warnings)

NO! We care about other's feelings, and this is not a "little subject", if something is offensive, it needs to be taken care of, and thats what happened.

This server is the best because we have rules and we enforce them, otherwise other communities. As I had said this is an offence. About the admin thing.. please read this : http://sourcebans.war-lords.net/index.php?p=home, It shows up on my screen the following rule:

Snyper945 it is racist. Just a friendly warning; bans get longer if you continue to use racist words in your postings or in-game. Its not that complicated.

Don't resolve threads by yourself especially when it doesn't pertain to servers you have admin on. Leave the decision to the banning admin or a root.

In my opinion, let this thread wait for a root admin to establish the final decision on the situation. Their input would weigh the most.

Personally, I wouldn't allow the spray out of respect for server rules as that spray does include a racial slur (yes it is a racial slur even if blacks call themselves that- its still derogatory). If an admin tells you not to spray your spray, you should listen.

You were banned for choosing not to listen to an admin. The limitations on what's an acceptable spray isn't limited to racist/hateful sprays. If an admin gets complaints from users about a certain spray (a prime example would be decoy sprays), then at the admins discretion, they can ban you after giving you adequate warning and a chance to change it. You disregarded multiple warnings to change the spray and thought you were above the rules, so you'll thus need to face the consequences of your actions.
