create a free battle.net account and have a non registered cd key for starcraft anthology and you can download SC1 for free, or ask David( M.Bison ) for a key, he may be nice enough to give you one

I have see the thread thanks, i need more post for ask the question ( i have a b.net account with D2/Lod and other on it, but not sc1, I never imagined that to  lost/stolen it )
