CPU: i7 3570k http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=70541&promoid=1254 @ 229.99$
SSD: 120gb Mushkin Chronos http://ncix.com/products/?sku=62873&vpn=...omoid=1254 95.99$ or
HDD: (but I strongly recommend an SSD (boot time and makes everything run faster, Read and Write speeds of 550 MBPS while on a HDD it's about 100MBPS tops)http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.asp...6822136769 @ 79.99$
GPU: 6870 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/...CatId=7005 @ 154.99$ (with rebate (sale) ending July 31st)
RAM: 2 x 4g @ 1600 http://ncix.com/products/?sku=57953&vpn=...omoid=1254 @ 44.99$

Total with SSD: 525.96
Total with HDD: 509.96

I did a little shopping around, and these are the best prices at the moment. Then you gotta add a mobo.
Ideally I'd get the Asus Maximus 4 extreme gene z. If you're gonna get the 3570k (k stands for unlocked for overclocking) the M4E has superb overclocking ability and keeps your mobo and CPU safe, so you can get ideal overclocking by just running a program integrated with the mobo. I run my 2600k @ 4.5ghz stable using this program.
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.asp...6813131806 @ 189.99, which would put you at 715$ with the SSD or ~700 with the HDD. Again I strongly recommend SSDs they make everything faster.

For something a little more economical but still very good get the
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.asp...6813157301 @104$ putting your total @ 629 SSD and 614 HDD. This mobo is also very good, features 1 PCIe lane 3.0 for next gen GPUs, and 2 additional 2.0 lanes. So you get the 6870 and if you want add another one. I use 2x 6870 and I get benchmarks that equal those of 580 for 2/3 the price.

Maybe try seeing if your old HDD works and then getting the SSD.

You can use promo code for free shipping on newegg, but they charge taxes...

I just realized the Asrock one I quoted earlier has the H77 chipset. You'd be looking for the Z77 chipset which offers overclocking capability and converts your PCIe lanes into x8 x8 making it more efficient if you add another card. It's about 5$ difference and it'd make a difference if you ever wanna get into overclocking.

PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6817171060
MEMORY http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6820231493
PROCESSOR http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6819116504
SSD http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6820226236
MOM BOARD http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6813157297

TOTAL: $698.9*

*Without coupons and/or Mail-in Rebate Card. And I didn't estimate taxes and shipping fees, it's not much. You can find it yourself by putting in your ZIP Code.

Case is something you gotta choose yourself, many people buy case that fit their equipment, others buy case for ''look''. I have this case, and it fits everything I bought.

Also, do you have monitor?

EDIT: I remembered that you said you have a power supplies, so if you take the $44.99 off, yo could get this GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6814130759 (I bought that one, and it's great <IMO>). Here's a comparison between GeForce GTX 480 and Radeon HD 6850, but you gotta calculate again to see if the PSU would support the GTX 480! With that GPU, the price raises to $723.94*

EDIT 2: As awpchoo said, get a SSD for now. Much better and faster. How long would windows take to load on an HDD? 30-60 secs or even more? I got that SSD and it loads less than 10 secs, around 8 (My PC).
