Raptor I don't think there is much I can do to help you. You will need to contact your ISP.

It's funny, my problems back now. lol, I know a few others who use the same ISP as me that have the same prob as me. Their Internet was fine a day ago.

Called a technician over, he told me it was a server problem. I told him I'm sure it wasn't.. since I'm getting a ping increase on a few socal servers and not only this one.

The servers are hosted at Softlayer, probably the biggest datacenter company in the world. I ping perfectly fine to them at 60ms, but I have a decent ISP.

Here's some information about the datacenter if you're interested

http://www.softlayer.com/about/datacenters/singapore
http://www.softlayer.com/about/network/carriers

Specifically NTT 2X10Gbps, TATA 4X10Gbps, Telstra 2X10Gbps, Equinix SNG 1X10Gbps

All the tracerts have been indicating that it is an ISP problem. Softlayers network starts at networklayer.com in the tracerts, anything before this is an ISP problem.

Your ISP basically has it going India -> New York -> Palo Alto -> Tokyo -> Singapore. The longest route possible. There's an underseas cable that links Singapore and India so I dunno why they aren't using that. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TIISCS_%28cable_system%29

thavs just in case you don't see my private message, can you please provide a tracert to 119.81.28.240. I'm trying to see if Softlayer can do anything about it and they're requesting a traceroute from you.
