Any idea why? I've been pinging +70ms compared to usual

you guys dealing with isp companies owned by Orange, get a new provider lol. I used to have Orange when in France and they are total shite, I remember having a problem where my internet would drop literally every 2 mins for a second or two, just enough to disconnect me from any server from any online game. Customer service would just be like "....Why do you play online video games ??? You get viruses !!"

Your ISP is doing some crappy routing. You are going through the US instead of a more direct route.

Server must be transferred to another host, maybe on Japan because their servers are faster.
Just Go With IT. √

Why are you even looking here? scroll down if you can.

I honestly don't think it's a Softlayer (Our host) problem, it's more these budget ISP's doing crap routing to Singapore.

Singapore is very well connected internationally, it's just the transit is usually more expensive so the budget ISP's usually use the cheapest transit possible which is not necessarily the fastest way to the server.

Danger255 your tracert is showing 116-142ms not 300ms?

I Am telling you its all isp's fault. they do random routing causing ping . Show tell you tracert and tell them to rout best , so that u get ;east ping available. I TOLD THIS TO KOYA AND SAKO, THEY DON'T THINK THIS IS THE SOLUTION. LISTEN TO BISON , ARYA , MATT! TO THAT IT WILL BE SOLVED IN FEW DAYS.!
