I've only switched him 3 times so far. When I joined the game earlier, the score was 11-0, I switched you and the game started to be more balanced. Note that I didn't switch bolt. I honestly don't have anything against him, he just gets super angry whenever I switch him. He needs to understand I do it only to keep teams even and not to stack them in my favour or destroy his fun.

I think he got mad not only because of you, rather just that even other admins loves to swap him as well, all in all, i do understand you are just trying to do your best in balancing the team. I been an admin for 3 years, i know how it feels like, but my past experiences didnt go so well when i try to balance the team, instead i lost friends along the way, like i said its more to the human nature. what i do take note is, even a stronger team will end up a weaker team after a short while, reason? many weaker players will goes to spec and stack to the winning team, thus moving the better player over.

Just a short brief - I got to know bo1t through online css gaming and of cos a couple of other players as well, we meet for coffee sessions, that is how our friendship started. We got our own team, we no longer scrim as most of us became father. So we will just pub for fun, as much as i respect you as a player and admin, and also i do not necessary agree that his attitude is right, but he is my friend after all so i am here to sort this out. I will speak to him and hopefully everyone can enjoy the game of css, GLHF.
