I have no idea who is that.  This is my first time playing on this server.......usually i play on ukcss office server. This server also had that map so i joined. There must be some confusion. I cant even get into a single server which has wl and low ping like your office server.
Well its up to you, i cant do anything else than appealing. Can you please recheck?
