If you did buy a new copy of css on a new account, the only way you'll be able to play on our servers is with that account.

You weren't falsely banned, you even admitted to using a cheat.. All cheating bans are not removed. However we allow players to continue playing on our servers if they buy a new copy of CSS. Unless.. they get banned again or if they have a lengthy cheating history.
