Think the problem comes down to the old demos having been recorded with old pre-orange box engine update. Css and old hl2 games were always breaking the old demos after beefy updates.
I received a reply from the guy running that website and am wondering if it's possible if bison and him could collaborate and do one of two things or both- make it so his service can output old demos - and make it so recent already working demos can be finely tuned (so 1 player can be followed around by the camera perspective or switching between players at designated time intervals that are specified) I'll post the contents of email
