ADR is a good stat in theory, but it's extremely unreliable due to actual behavior in game (fraghunting/lurking, ragequits while playing bad, refusing to play the harder side on maps, etc). I noticed how unreliable ADR was a few years ago while using it to balance teams and it's clearly shown to be unreliable in some of these lists. A better stat would be ADPG (average damage per game) which wouldn't be as worthless as ADR.

RWS is better immune to ADR's problems because only the rounds you win are considered (fixes inflation by fraghunting/lurking)

KPG is decent for gauging contribution while immune to RQs (ADPG might be better), but KPG doesn't consider assist dmg and is impacted by OT (fixes inflation by ragequits on sides).

The following list is the most accurate one so far because KPG compensates for problems with RWS (but assist dmg is watered down by KPG):
