Having a bunch of alts does not directly correlate to being a cheater. That's anecdotal at best.  Also, yes, I have played on this server before more than a few times, I just didn't bother to link my STEAM account until now.

It seems more like an ego thing than you wanting to ban a player for actually cheating.

Don't know what that literally has to do with anything but okay, pop off I guess. Not the only account I own or play any games on, and really it's not any of your concern that I happen to still have the physical copy of CS:S that I got back in January of 2007. But okay, "let the big boys handle this one".

Steam library doesn't mean shit, and neither do your excuses. I can tell you first and foremost that I know this person is not cheating because out of a majority of the hours spent playing on this account, most of them were with this exact individual. If they were truly aimbotting, then any time I would pop in to their view regardless of how much better my positioning was, they would nab me every time.

Your astute ability to "detect aimbot" doesn't explain away, how, out of most of those games, this person has a considerably mediocre KDR, just barely edging out positive.

Take a step back for just a second and actually evaluate what you've so fervently convinced yourself of. I know introspection can be hard, but it might help you to understand more that you are not always right. Actually think about what you are seeing in those clips, and take in to genuine consideration the information that has been provided to you (sensitivity, etc). 

In this case, the "snappy and inhuman aim" is likely an artifact of a horrendously high sensitivity (According to M4MORU's own settings, they are playing on 9cm/360. That's nigh uncontrollable for me, but there are plenty of twitch shooters that play with sens that high). Nothing here screams beyond a reasonable doubt, and it seems more like you have a personal grievance to work out than an actual valid cheating accusation.

Ego on the shelf, look inside yourself. Understand that you are not always right, and learn from that experience.
