Hunter I like you, but you have the softest brain I have ever encountered (Dude rocks 200+ ping!). Every week this guy/girl is hacking, has to stop  even when they definitely are not. You always give one example, ONE!  What is even more amazing to me is you pick people who like actually aren't even consistent at the game.  Really who TF cares, go outside touch some grass. maybe because the server is infested with cheaters lol ? Inconsistency would actually support the player cheating. I can always give more then one example but i just link the demo because its easier. The ping means nothing, I'm not talking about when he shoots people in the past its the locking. Stick to topics you know and don't embarrass your self replying to topics beyond your depth.
