This is part of my series of "how to reduce admin abuse threads".
Advantages:
Less camping.
Quicker Rounds.
Happy people.
Disadvantages:
No weapon saving.
Angry people.
Additional tweaks for this plugin:
Try to determine whether they did in fact make a reasonable effort to complete objective.
