i'm up for this. But not just any random team scrambling. I feel this is where gameme points will come in handy.

Switch players so that the total Gameme points for both teams are equal.(I'm using this as a judge of skill). If not, use kdr as a measure to switch.
be the best version of yourself, that's all you can do.
