3 suggestions for popular maps.
#1
Suggestion 1

I believe team switching plug-in triggers like this:
When 10 minutes left, current round ends, then next round starts. When next that round ends teams switch.
Lets say current round is x and next round after it is y.
X = (from 1 sec to 2.5 min)
Y = (from 1 sec to 2.5 min) - normally it's like 1 min to 2.5 min because round never lasts less than 1 min. I believe we play additional round to compensate last round time (after 0:00 time we still got to finish last round, so it can be anywhere from 1 sec to 2.5 minutes after time is up)

So formula is:
10 min - x - y = (from 5 min to 9 min and 58 sec)

In other words most people know that plug-in usually switches teams at around 7-8 minutes until the map ends even without my math. This allows them to stack winning side, because they know that they will play 12-13 minutes on this side vs other team 7-9 minutes on easy side. That's what they actually do, they stack.

Now, my suggestion:

Make plug-in trigger on 11 minutes and 15 sec + 1 round (Y).

This way formula will look like this:
11.25 min - x - y = from 6 min and 15 sec to 11 min and 13 sec.

So in real life instead of switching teams on 7-8 min until map ends it will be switching teams on 8:15 - 9:15.

I posted this in admin section couple months ago, but it was ignored. It's a fair suggestion in my opinion.

Suggestion 2

Make map vote start on 9 or 9.5 minutes till the end of map.

It's simple, it disturbs gameplay of the team that played 1st half on a hard side. This is another reason why good players stack the easy side at first, our mentality works this way. Hard to explain, but when people vote for map, it feels like only a little bit left to play on current map. If map vote starts near the time when teams are being switched, it has less disturbance and will work better overall. When people get used to it, they will feel like map vote means "it's the middle the current map". Unfortunately, now they feel like map vote means "the end of current map soon".

Suggestion 3

When map vote starts, we vote for number 4, 5, etc. However, buttons 1, 2, 3 are locked. So if you're spraying at someone and run out of bullets and map vote starts or already in progress, switching to additional weapon like deagle or knife is not the option for you. You either gotta wait for reload of your primary weapon OR quick press 4, 5, 6  to vote for random map and then switch to other weapon(it often fails because you normally hit 2 couple times till you realize that pistol is not available unless you vote for map).

This killed me multiple times. Can you make 1,2,3 enabled for regular use while map vote is in progress?

Suggestions 1 and 2 are only for popular maps, because 24/7 servers play 1 hour cycles.
Suggestion 3 probably applies to all servers.

Thanks for taking your time reading this.
