Some servers have a function that makes it impossible to rejoin within the minute or so. But again, people who care that much about stats are probably just going to wait it out.

And it's ironic that you would imply that people are dumb in a sentence that's full of mistakes and doesn't make sense.

See George gets it. Your proposed rule is impractical, illogical to implement and would cause more chaos and could be easily skirted by the determined player, hows that for a diplomatic response.
