A no-steam player is unlikely to receive admin. I figured I'd throw that out there.

• It doesn't matter whether you have steam or use a nonsteam client like Setti CS:S. This does not affect your chances of getting admin. Also, all clients have a steamID, so don't say you don't have one because your nonsteam :p
  

Whatever happened to this note? Or did I miss somethin' about that getting changed?
Though, I can understand why nosteam is unlikely to receive it.
