I watched the whole demo and he deserves to be banned, but not for ghosting.

The three incidents of him going spec transpired as follows: 1). he went spec early game and rejoined team, but never said anything (might have been trying to spec out, since a lot of people were leaving), 2). later, he goes spec and rejoins only to give a bogus call out to his team (trolling), 3). last occurrence, he dies to last guy outside, then went spec and rejoined team, and then finally called the last enemy being outside (something he already knew since he saw and died to him there AKA more trolling to annoy you (Delux) for calling him out for his earlier fake ghosting)

I'm banning him for griefing. He intentionally teamflashed throughout this PUG (I only remember the ticks for two incidences ~14500 and ~54000). This isn't the first time I've seen him teamflashing either, he's done it multiple times (even while I'm on the same team) but he normally says something along the lines of "whoops sorry, i threw that on accident." In which case since no one pushes the issue further, I assume good faith and leave it alone. However, since it's clear from this demo that he intentionally throws team flashes (and was probably doing it in the earlier incidences) he's getting a minimum ban of 1 month.
