The following is not permitted and will result in swift punishment:

• Hacking/cheating or scripting
  
• Exploiting the server or game.
  
• Exploiting the map.
  
• Ignoring game objectives.
  
• Deliberate team stacking/team killing/nade glitching/team flashing.
  
• Mic and Chat spamming.
  
• Inappropriate sprays. Shock sprays, genitalia sprays, and hardcore porn is not allowed.
  
• Inappropriate language or names (General cussing in moderation is allowed). Racism/harassment isn't tolerated on the servers.
  
• Impersonating, ignoring or disrespecting an Admin.
  
• Linking to cheat, shock or inappropriate websites.
  

If you're unsure about anything ask an admin.

It's too troublesome to mitigate players from using such racial terms,especially on the internet. Most terms are used in a less hurtful tone, depending on context. Like if George enters the server, i'd be like "Georrrrrrrge..mah nigggherrrr!" and that would not be offensive. However, the MOTD rules are there for a reason. I consider Pishtim my friend but as an admin his comments does fit that context of being offensive and racist.

If an admin has a justifiable reason for the punishment, especially with concrete evidence of the infraction, I don't see why there should be any complaints. Tea has already stated the Pishtim's punishment for his racial slurs/comments should have been a silenced(or a commo ban..commo..seriously Tea), instead of a 1 week ban.

I suggest we let this slide and flame Tea on his camping and awp-whoring.

People don't realize my on/off switch from player to admin. Or that someone can be objective towards someone that share mutual dislike to each other. It is really amusing so see the hatred one has towards me in chat logs from killing them, mocking them for killing them, and using a bind.

Come on Sparty! Eight years in the army and I have been using commo as an abbreviation. My radio loses its fill....get COMMO over here. My laptop doesn't work....where is that f'in COMMO guy. Comms is another abbreviation in the military that is used...i.e. better get up on comms. Then again, the military is notorious for having loads of abbreviations across the branches/services.

My camp/awp-whoring is something too easy to flame and overrated. I would flame me if I was trying to flank another team or attempt to retreat across a linear danger area and kept getting killed. Another flame would be my juvenile binds..."oh noes!", "OrLy?", "Better reconnect your Kpd just dropped!", or random TV show/movie quote. You could always hone in on my "type kdeath" to people who troll me as being a sucky player. Kdeath doesn't mean anything is the usual response. Although it does show trends of performance. That combined with the high star count would illustrate that hey he does the objectives and wins it for his team, but I digress I could go on and on with troll myself. I am just just a patient, annoying, camping, trolling, admin abusing, jerk! An old fat man, most likely a virgin, with no friends. That is the reason why I am on CS:S like everyone else.

1st) That isn't rare Aimfish. We check the chatlogs on a lot of people who come onto the forums and post. Especially for people that we know break the rules on a regular basis, sometimes we forgot, etc. This happens a lot and a lot of admins do it. Breaking the rules is still breaking the rules.
2nd) Forums are a totally different beast. Likes&trophys aren't a good factor of how "liked" a person is. That sounds way to similar to Facebook, and everyone knows only attention whores compare their likes. And your critique is going to fall majorly short. While they may have the same amount of posts, Cedd posts a great deal on the public side of the forum, while Tea posts mainly in Ban Appeals & Admin side.

And now for a personal note.

People don't like Tea. I get it, he gets it. How about you just ignore him in-game and the forums. Then no one will have any interaction with him. If you ignore him in-game, and he takes action against you, or starts trolling, as least you have proof of him admin abusing in that section. I get that you think he's a major dick, but maybe some of you should take a look at yourselves and your clanmates? A lot of y'all are dicks, maybe not to each other, but to other people you may not know? Hell, I've seen a good deal of our regulars and admins be dicks to others.

Look. You're not going to get along with everyone, and for those that haven't been long-term (2+ years) admins in a larger community, you don't really know what being an admin entails. I've been on War-Lords for a while not, previous to that I was apart of a 400+ clan/gaming-organization that ran for a little over 3 years. Been admin on various servers from time-to-time before then, but yea.

Being admin isn't the greatest job. In fact, it sucks a lot more than being a regular player. Sure it's nice to have the power, but there's so many responsibilities attached to it, and the fact that you're automatically held to a higher standard to any other player. You're always on point, you can't joke around too much, and actions have a much bigger consequence attached to them. Combine that with the fact that we have to not only play the game but also watch over every individual then respond to calls in various servers? Having absolutely shit internet at my current lease, it's a giant pain in the ass.

Now, take that into account with the fact that Internet, and especially our servers aren't filled with the nicest people. We have 13 year old non-steamers attempting to troll everyone and spam, we have micspammers, people calling hacks nearly 24/7, we have our usual regular trolls, etc. It's downright annoying to have to deal with every single one of these assholes when we're just trying to play the game. But we do it because we enjoy the community, we love the game, and we want to ensure that everyone has a damn good time on the servers.

To people that just randomly come to bash, do you know how much bullshit that we have to deal with? Be active in a server, and play only in that community as the admin. People start sucking up to you for no reason, yes, but you also have the other type of asshole that is going to see how far they can push you, how far before you'll start "raging" It's pretty common and it sucks. Sometimes they do make you annoyed and you have to deal with them, but we don't ban them, we just let them play and they continue to push the limits. At that point you're left with a quandary, you could ban them, and then not deal with them anymore, but then they "win." They pushed your buttons to the absolute max. So you deal with them, you take it. This happens on such a common occurrence. I've seen a lot of our admins gag, mute, and kick for lesser infractions, and for infractions that they probably shouldn't have taken actions on.

Not everyone in the server is going to like each other, and hell, not every admin is going to be "cool" with one another. On my admin app here, a previous admin that's no longer with us blatantly lied on my app on my first go. Shit happens, I held a small grudge but I didn't confront him about it, it wasn't that big of a deal anymore, I just went on with my life. It's easy to critique Tea on his actions, it's always easy to play Monday morning quarterback, but the fact is your friends (if you're not an admin), or your fellow admins do the same shit, or take actions for even less.

Like I said before, I don't like causing conflict, I tend to stay out of it. But seriously, a few of you need to mature or chill out a lot and take a good look at yourselves when you talk trash about others.

I'm definitely not a "West Pointer," which I know you know what that means. I listen to the lowest ranks and empower them not to be micromanaged. You probably wouldn't like running with me, because I push as hard as I can until somebody throws up and if you repeatedly fail to do a task I slam you.

A lot of admins ARE in fact liked. So why isn't Mr. Tea? Obviously something to do with his own behavior. And I'm not a jerk to anyone, literally, on any game I play. No, Its not that I am faster than everyone, I know if I run hard enough someone will throw-up before me and we get to slow down the pace. Again, put words into my mouth. I am pushing myself hard. Since, I am a marathon runner and that usually beats most Soldiers running with me. I have a 6-7min mile for an old-ass. In my younger days it was 5-6min mile.

If he hadn't drawn attention to himself I would not have checked. The fact is he did. I tend to pry. Didn't expect to find anything, but I did. It is also amusing on how many times a person can say "faggot" while online. Look at pishy's logs. Pages upon, pages of faggot comments.

Online they tend to change personalities. Most of the time sarcasm and jokes can be misinterpreted due a person's writing style. Most people see my personality in admin sections of the portion when I am more level headed with slight sarcasm. I don't really care about winning popularity contests by enforcing rules. For some reason regulars think they can push the limits of the rules.

Troll Mr.Tea all you want in-game, but once you begin trolling Mr.Tea because he is admin you are in direct violation of our rules. Most recently, I had to use my admin voice when someone appealed to hack my steam account. I warned them that if my account does get hacked they would get banned via pm and discret. The person then went to say they would hack my account and install an aimbot and get me VAC'd. As idle that threat maybe, the person crossed the line, but would you think that it was an appropriate thing to say?

Had to slam good Soldiers because they got caught breaking UCMJ, but then again they were good up till they broke UCMJ. I put my ass online to save the ones I thought were savable by recommending that they are not separated from service.
