when i go to Google.com or any other Google owned site from Chrome...i get this^^^^ message and when i go from Firefox it shows unable to connect

The inconsistencies in the message indicate to me that this is caused by spyware and is not related to any official website. Do you have a program installed such as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware? If not, are you able to install and run it?

Yeah, definitely adware/spyware hijacking your system. Likely caused by a third party app attached to software from an unreliable source, or something you got tricked into installing from a porn/underground website.
