Sniper Server issue

Recently started being able to play again. Any time I try to join the sniper server it seems as if the mirror doesn't allow me to download maps. I just get a missing maps error. It works fine on maps I already have downloaded. Just seeing if anyone else is having similar issues. If so help is needed. I have gone far to long without killing nerds. This is just one more setback =[
Is this thing on?

make sure you have Download maps enabled in your multiplayer options

You need to change your cl_downloadfilter setting.

Still not working. It may have something to do with my old ass Netgear config. Ill uninstall and redo everything later and post the results
