Provide proof to our staff because if there is no proof there is nothing we can do. Take a video recording of the incident or provide chat logs.

Sample post:

Server: 215.65.34.1
Game: Counter strike source
Suspected hacker's name: hackattack121
Evidence: (Proof here with a link to watch the video or chat logs)

Okay, here's two hackers using invisiblity;

173.231.20.21:27015
Game: Counter strike source
Suspected hacker's name: THE DESIGNER = THEDEZIGNER
Suspected hacker's name: NEED BACKUP

He likely got glitched after a client-side lag spike. You need to start a demo whenever that happens in order to fix it.

If that doesn't fix it, resetting your modem / router works. It happens to me now and then.

Is it bad that I almost spit out my soda laughing at "invisibility hack?"

Anyways, record a demo and stop it to fix the issue - client side lag spikes can cause glitches with model positioning.
