And one last thing are you sure OS installs correctly?
If its not OS change your Internet connection.In India sometimes its found they are the main culprits :p ask me i changed 3 connections to get better ping in CSS :/

I also said it could be internet connection problem i changed 3 dude and still not satisfied.
