A friend and I were playing on the mini-game server, we both had our CS:S crash and his antivirus went off, mine did not, I now have some sort of virus that makes all of my games freeze every 3 seconds, I figure you'd want to know.

These warnings likely have something to do with the ads in our MOTD. I looked up the domain and it appears to be part of the No-IP's Free Dynamic DNS Service. If AVG is doing a blanket ban on the domain, then it's likely a false positive.

Can you see whether visiting the main domain sets AVG off?
